Without this fitness blog, without the many fitblrs/thinspo/weight loss blogs I have followed, without the many followers I have gained, without reading the triumphs and struggles of others on the same journey I would have given up by now, I would have stopped and I would have continued through the vicious cycle.

No matter what your nationality, ethnicity, or heritage is,

No matter what your gender or sexual orientation is,

No matter whether you have curly or straight hair, blue or brown eyes, red, blonde, brown, or other-coloured hair,

YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL, STRONG, MOTIVATING, INSPIRING, STRONG, AND AMAZING.
