I am 19 years young. A Sophomore in college. Vegetarian and virtually Vegan. Finally gathered the proper determination to get fit and lose the useless weight I’ve been carrying. Here are stats.
Starting Weight (summer ‘11): 170lbs
Highest Weight: 185lbs
Lowest Weight (summer ‘10): 150-155lbs
Current Weight: 164lbs - as of 8|17|11
Satisfactory Weight: 145 - 140lbs
[I’m leaving these goal weights here for the time being but my first priority is in my physical size not the number on the scale. I want the muscle and definition and if that comes without loss in weight, I’m entirely fine with that]
Measurements (as of 8|12|11):
bust - 38”
waist - 31”
hips - 38.5”
Left thigh - 24”
Right thigh - 24.5”
Bicep - 11.5”
- I will be doing progress photos and measurements every month (12th). I will not weigh myself for awhile because (1) I no longer have access to a scale and (2) I want to see change in my measurements, not the number on scale. I’m committed to doing this the healthy way because it’s more than just getting to an ultimate goal weight; this is about me finally taking control and doing it right, bettering myself and my quality of life.
I’m all about supporting others. I’m an excellent listener and I welcome any conversation or questions someone has for me. However, I am not a professional. I can give my own opinion/advice based on my personal knowledge and experience but the best option is to seek a professional out if the issue is big enough to warrant it.
I WANT TO GET TO KNOW MY FOLLOWERS WHILE ALSO INCORPORATING FITNESS AND THIS IS HOW IT WORKS:
Using my ask box, message me the following:
- your first name (or what you prefer to go by)
- your age
- one number between 1-10
- one of these choices: push up, crunch, jumping jack, or plank
- one (or more) of your personal fitness goals
I will do the following with the info you provide:~ take the number of letters in your first name, multiply it by that one number between 1-10, and add it to your age
example: ([p-i-e-r-c-e] x 7) + 19 = 54
~ what ever exercise you chose I will do however many of those (depending on the number - like 54 - that I calculate)~ and of course, reply to your post letting you know when I completed the exercise and respond to the other things included in your message.
——> this is my creation based on a type of punishment my father had for my siblings and I. He would make us role a 6-sided die and whatever number it was meant two things: first he multiplied it to our age and that was how many push ups or sit ups had to be done OR if the reps were so many that it would seem impossible to complete the number on the die meant how many minutes we had to continuously do push ups or sit ups.
Anyway, I wanted to incorporate exercise into actually making an effort to get to know my followers. I hope you’ll do the same.
